2. All payments must be made in full and in advance of any goods or services being provided.

6.Smart Guard reserves the right to refuse service or goods if payment is not received in full.

7.Smart Guard reserves the right to charge a late fee on any payments made after their due date. This fee will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
